Ground floor

Stepping into the beach townhouse, you are greeted by a spacious and classic Victorian hallway that leads you past the lounge and dining room into the timeless kitchen.

This kitchen design exudes a blend of modern elegance and rustic coastal charm. At its heart is a central island with a pristine white countertop, offering ample space for meal preparation and casual dining, complemented by three stylish wicker barstools that add a touch of warmth and texture.

The cabinetry is a classic off-white, accented by brass hardware and fixtures that contribute a sophisticated touch. Open shelving above the sink displays an array of decorative items, enhancing the kitchen's inviting ambiance. The double farmhouse sink, reinforces the rustic theme while offering practical functionality. A black SMEG range cooker with induction hob set into a tiled alcove adds a bold contrast and focal point, completing this beautifully designed kitchen. Every aspect has been considered, and great pride has been taken to provide everything you may need to prepare and entertain, including an American fridge/freezer with ice machine and a double thermal wine fridge. There is also a breakfast cupboard that houses a toaster, microwave, and kettle, along with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar.

The lounge radiates a cosy and inviting atmosphere with a blend of contemporary and traditional elements. The room features a neutral colour palette dominated by warm earth tones and soft whites, creating a calming and harmonious space.

The arrangement provides ample seating for relaxation and conversation, all set around the focal point, an elegant open fireplace with a mounted Smart TV above.

Seating up to 14, the dining room exudes a sophisticated and intimate ambiance, characterised by its dark, moody colour palette and thoughtfully curated furnishings, ideal for hosting intimate dinners and gatherings.

First floor

Taking yourself up the stairs there are 4 bedrooms (2 king size, 1 super king and 1 single) sharing a cohesive and serene aesthetic, characterised by a neutral colour palette, natural light, and a mix of textures. You will find a bathroom on every floor of the accommodation. The main bathroom boasts a walk in rain shower head and grand vanity sink.

Second floor

The house feels more exciting the higher you climb and this floor hosts a further 3 bedrooms (1 king size, one single and a bunk room consisting of 2 doubles and 2 singles) The Captain's retreat provides the perfect option to escape and take in all those views have to offer. On this floor there is a bathroom with a shower/bath great for washing those sandy toes before bedtime in the bunk. This room is a proven hit with the kids and the novelty is sure to make their holiday even more special and memorable.

Outside space

To the rear is a cosy courtyard with a long dining table seating up to 12 with further seating provided in a corner wicker sofa which surrounds a gas firepit. If you wish to add an additional luxury to your stay, get in touch to hire a hot tub and we can organise the rest. There is a gate to the rear garden which allows space for your four legged friends to get some fresh air.
